The link below will provide you with an volunteer application form that you may fill out and submit from your computer.  At any time you can save the form to your computer and complete it at a later time.  Once completed click on the red submit button at the bottom of page 2 of the application form and follow the instructions in the message box that will open up.  You may also print the form and submit it in person.

Every volunteer will need to pass a Washington State patrol background check.  To complete this check we will need to know your driver's license number and have a photocopy of your license.  We will contact you to get this information, please do not email any driver's license information.
